Description
Hypothermia in endotherms is a state of stressful up to lethal low body core temperature. In humans, the limit of hypothermia is considered as 35 Β°C, compared to normothermia at a body temperature of 36.5 to 37.5 Β°C. Hypothermia is classified as mild (32β35 Β°C), moderate (28β32 Β°C), severe (20β28 Β°C), and profound (<20 Β°C).
