Our latest developments have led to the introduction of the O2k-Fluorometer, combining high-resolution respirometry (O2k-Core) with fluorometry (O2k-Fluo LED2-Module). A multitude of fluorescent markers and filter sets enables determination of diverse mitochondrial processes in addition to oxygen consumption, including generation of reactive oxygen species, ATP production, mitochondrial membrane potential and Ca2+, extendable by user-specific innovations. In cooperation with WGT Elektronik, we continuously invest into innovation and further improvements of HRR.

  • The O2k Series G is operated by DatLab 6.
  • The maximum power requirement for the O2k Series G is 120 W.
