Conference fees

MiP2015 registration fee (including conference organization, materials, venue, return transfer Prague – Meadows chalet):

Regular fee (including bi-annual MiPmembership)	320 EUR
Registration fee for MiPmembers	250 EUR
Student fee (including bi-annual MiPmembership)	280 EUR
Registration fee for student MiPmembers	250 EUR
Pre-conference social event in Prague	80 EUR

Late registration fee: surcharge of 50.- EUR

Number of participants limited to 120.

Accomodation

Accomodation costs are divided into two categories:

• 350.- EUR for double room

• 250.- EUR for triple room

Meals and coffee breaks are included.

The cancellation policy

Cancellations will be accepted until August 16th with a refund of 50 %.
