Particularly interested in how different classes of chemotherapeutics affect cardiac metabolism and energetics, and how cardioprotective agents may interfere with, or potentiate, anti-cancer action of chemotherapeutics.Use the O2k for HRR of cardiac muscle fibres, isolated cardiac mitochondria, tumour homogenates and cardiomyocytes and cancer cells.
