Description
NV118 (diacetoxymethyl succinate; Sp), is a plasma membrane-permeable (p) prodrug that diffuses across the plasma membrane. Cleavage of diacetoxymethyl residues is mediated by intracellular esterases, thus releasing succinate in the intracellular space.
