OROBOROS (2012) Mitochondr Physiol Network

Abstract: O2k-Protocol for Mitochondrial Respiration in Permeabilized Fibres versus Homogenate from Trout Heart and Liver.

In the present study we compared mitochondrial function of permeabilized fibres and homogenate of heart muscle of mice. In addition, respiration of trout heart homogenate preparations were compared with permeabilized fibres, and the PBI-Shredder was successfully tested with preparation of trout liver.
