Abstract
- To test measurement conditions and consequent adjustments. Develop protocols for (1) scientific and pre-clinical applications (mitochondrial physiology of non-photosynthetic cells) and (2) scientific algal biotechnological applications (chloroplasts and mitochondrial physiology of photosynthetic cells -microalgae and cyanobacteria).
