Stoppers for O2k-FluoRespirometer
The stoppers are placed in the O2k-Service Box for shipment of the O2k-FluoRespirometer.
O2k-Manual
Stoppers and optical measurements
Use only black PEEK stoppers in conjunction with optical measurements (O2k-Fluo_LED2-Module). If necessary, replace the previous white PVDF stoppers. The black stoppers can be used for all HRR applications in general. See MiPNet22.11 O2k-FluoRespirometer manual for calibration of the O2k-Chamber volume, which is identical for PEEK and PVDF stoppers.
