Description

The Bioblast Conference is an international meeting of experts in the field of mitochondrial physiology in general, and a particular focus on mitochondrial medicine. The conference aims at extending the Mitochondrial Physiology Network, for initiating and strengthening collaborations in the diagnosis of mitochondrial function and dysfunction, ranging from sports science to oncology, oxidative stress, and patient diagnostics. The conference is organized in the framework of the K-Regio project MitoCom Tyrol: Mitochondrial Competence.

General questions

  • Do you want me to present something? >> Welcome – the programme will develop according to feedback received from individual suggested presentations and feedback in response to some circulars to the Bioblast International Scientific Committee (BISC).
  • Further support? >> Conservatively, the local expenses (hotel, meals, coffee breaks, reception at Crystal World) are estimated at 760.- per participant. We support the Bioblast Conference in general by refraining from any registration fees which would cover organizational costs. Asking our intercontinental participants to take care of their own travel expenses, we want to support them by covering all local costs. If possible, we would appreciate a contribution to the local costs particularly by European participants who encounter relatively low travel expenses.

Bioblast Conference: International Scientific Committee

  • Even a little help and feedback will be enormously valuable.
  • Senior and junior scientists are invited - open innovation - open scientific committee.
  • The task: COOPERATION AND FEEDBACK - to meet with an open mind.
