Volume calibration of the O2k-sV-Chamber
  • Loosen the stopper fixation rings (A) and (B) with the L-shaped Allen key (OroboPOS-Service Kit).
  • Follow the instructions in the O2k-Manual: MiPNet22.11 O2k-FluoRespirometer manual
  • Tighten the screws of the fixation rings (A) and (B) gently with the Allen key to ensure that the calibration ring cannot be displaced. Tightening the screw with too much force may damage the thread of the calibration ring. Check for a sufficient fixation by trying to rotate the calibration ring.

Innovation

Replacing the (white) PVDF Volume-Calibration Ring with the (black) aluminum Volume-Calibration Ring allows for more force applied to tighten the ring, thus reducing the risk of a loose fit and the associated danger of altering the calibrated position.
