A laptop for your presentation is provided
If you work with a Mac please bring your own computer
Ensure you bring an adapter for your device with HDMI connection, VGA to HDMI is provided
Please make sure you do not go overtime
Media check to hand in your slides in the morning of the conference is possible

Who is eligible to apply? Undergrad and graduate students who have registered for either or both events.

When? Registrations, abstracts and application letters must be received by July 9^th. Students selected to receive the award will be notified by July 14^th.
